Pay out commissions

Approved commissions for sales representatives: SEPA bank transfer file for independent representatives, list for payroll processing for employees, or "paid out manually"; payout runs can be reversed

Cash Book & Daily Takings

Under Cash Book, record daily cash takings and cash movements across multiple cash registers. Each entry is linked to the previous one via an audit trail and cannot be modified after posting; the tax advisor export includes it.

1

Capture Z-Report

Photograph Z-report — AIRIS extracts date, revenues, VAT, and Z-number; alternatively, enter manually.

2

Immutable Posting

Once posted, the entry is locked — corrections only via reversal/counter-posting; the original remains intact.

3

Hash Chain & Export

The hash chain proves immutability; the tax advisor export provides daily revenues and VAT breakdown at the touch of a button.

Typical Dunning Process

  • Overdue invoices appear in dunning; automatic reminders are only sent if you enable automatic dunning in the settings (disabled by default).
  • The appropriate reminder is generated based on the dunning level.
  • Sent via email; each level is documented in the history.
  • Settings per level (deadlines, texts, fees) under Dunning › Settings.

Bank Reconciliation

Import bank statements (e.g., CAMT.053/MT940 or PDF) under Bank Statements — payments are suggested for open invoices and assigned upon confirmation. Cost centers and expense accounts allow for clean accounting for analysis.

TIP: Utilize Drill-down

From analyses (cost centers/suppliers), you can navigate directly to the respective document via deep-link — no searching required.
