Getting Started

Team & Roles

Add colleagues and manage access rights per role.

Invite Employees

1

Open Team Management

Via the HR/Team sections or settings.

2

Invite Person

Enter business email and assign a role — the person will receive an invitation email.

3

Accept Invitation

The colleague creates their own account and is then assigned to the same company.

4

Fine-tune Access

Activate or restrict modules/sections per person.

Roles (Typical)

  • Owner/Admin — Full access including settings, billing, and rights management.
  • Manager — Team data and evaluations, restricted administration.
  • Employee — Works in assigned modules with their own data.
  • Viewer/AIRIS — Read-only or AIRIS access for external stakeholders.

Change Role & Revoke Access

1

Modify Role

Select the person in Team Management and assign a different role — the changed permissions apply immediately.

2

Suspend Access

Deactivate access: The person can no longer log in, but history and assignments (tasks, documents) are retained.

3

Remove Employee

Before final removal, reassign open items (tasks, deals, tickets) to colleagues to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Transfer Ownership

If responsibilities change – for example, a new CEO or association chairman – you can transfer ownership (Owner) to an existing member in just a few clicks. You yourself will retain full access.

1

Open Actions Menu

In Team Management, open the Actions menu (⋯) to the right of the future Owner. Note: Only an existing Owner can see the "Transfer Ownership" option.

2

Select "Transfer Ownership"

Select the entry. A confirmation dialog will open with the selected person.

3

Confirm Transfer

After confirmation, the person immediately becomes the Owner with full access. You will automatically become an Admin – you retain full access, only the Owner role changes.

TIP: You Retain Full Access

You lose nothing during the transfer: The previous Owner becomes an Admin with continued full access. There will always be at least one Owner, and the change will be logged.

IMPORTANT: At Least One Owner

There must always be at least one Owner/Admin with full access — otherwise, settings, permission management, and billing can no longer be administered.

TIP: Grant Rights Prudently

Grant only the rights that someone truly needs. Roles can be adjusted at any time if new tasks arise.
