After your initial login, the assistant will set up your company.
Step 1 — Select Industry
In the Onboarding Wizard under Onboarding select your industry (e.g., Crafts/Construction, E-commerce, Hospitality, Insurance Broker). The industry determines which modules and navigation you will subsequently see — the interface is pre-configured specifically for your industry.
Step 2 — Define Autonomy
Under Settings › Autonomy you define how independently the AI assistants (AIRIS) may operate for your company. For each area (e.g., Sales, Finance, Service), you select one of five autonomy modes.
- Off: The assistant is deactivated for this area.
- Suggestion: The AI prepares, you confirm each step.
- Draft: The AI creates a draft, you send it off finally.
- Semi-autonomous: Routine runs autonomously; approval is required above a risk threshold.
- Fully autonomous: Defined tasks are executed independently.
- The setting can be changed at any time later (Automation → Oversight).
Step 3 — Complete
Supplement Master Data
Subsequently, company data, logo, and bank details will be requested — see section „Company Profile“.
Dashboard Opens
Upon completion, you will land on the industry-specific dashboard.
Invite Team
Invite colleagues and assign roles — see section „Team & Roles“.
Start with „Suggestion“ or „Semi-autonomous.“ Once you trust the processes, increase autonomy selectively per area.
