Step by Step
Open Settings
Access the Company section via the gear icon or Settings.
Enter Company Data
Enter legal form, full address, and tax/VAT number — these will appear on all documents.
Upload Logo
Upload image; it will be used in document templates and the AIRIS customer area.
Save Bank Details
Store IBAN/BIC — basis for payment instructions and bank reconciliation.
Define Number Ranges
Set prefix, digits, and starting number for each document type.
Legal form, address, and VAT ID will appear unchangeably on issued invoices. Please verify this information before generating the first document.
