DivineCalendar connects your appointments with customers, emails, and meetings. Customers book themselves, AIRIS enters appointments, and private appointments are visible only to you.

Self-Booking Pages
Customers can choose an available appointment on your booking page themselves, without an account. You set the days, times, and duration, even on mobile.
Online Meeting with a Checkmark
Upon creation, a checkmark generates a DivineMeet link with its own host link, in the correct time zone.
Recurring Appointments
Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, weekdays, monthly, yearly, or custom, with no end date, on a specific date, or by number of occurrences. Modify and delete 'only this appointment' or 'all'.
Private Means Private
Mark an appointment as private, and colleagues, as well as admins and owners, will only see 'Busy', without title, location, or contact. Only the person themselves can modify or delete it; AIRIS does not see others' private appointments.
Guests, Invitation, Reminder
Appointments with guests and invitations; the server sends reminders to the responsible person. Invitations from emails become appointments. Birthdays from contacts appear annually for the account manager.
New: Appointment from Email
If an appointment is mentioned in an email, AIRIS extracts the title, date, time, and location. You review and modify it, and a tap enters it into your own calendar without sending an invitation to the sender.
Google Calendar and Industry Resources
You can connect your Google Calendar via a dedicated project with calendar permissions only. For each industry, there are resources such as lifting platforms, room occupancy, production planning boards, or reservation books.
What DivineCalendar cannot do today
- No side-by-side team view and no multiple personal calendars per user.
- No ICS import and no two-way sync with Outlook directly in the appointment dialog.
- No payment on the general booking page.

No. All others see private appointments only as 'Busy', including admins and owners. Only the person themselves can modify or delete them.
