DivineMail is an email inbox for SMBs with integrated AI. Every incoming message is automatically analyzed, categorized, linked to the CRM contact, and paired with a reply draft. It connects Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and any IMAP mailbox in one interface.
For small and medium-sized businesses worldwide that want to handle incoming customer communication faster. The interface is available in six languages: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Greek — more to follow. Any registered company can use DivineMail, regardless of location.
Google Mail (Gmail API), Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 (Microsoft Graph), and any IMAP/SMTP mailbox. OAuth 2.0 is used for Gmail and Outlook; IMAP credentials are stored AES-256-encrypted in the database.
DivineMail comes in four plans: Starter (49 euros/month, 1 account), Professional (149 euros/month, 3 accounts), Business (349 euros/month, 10 accounts), and Enterprise (699 euros/month, unlimited accounts). All prices per company, excl. VAT, cancel monthly. AIRIS AI on every mail is included in all plans.
The analysis uses Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash model. For every incoming email, category, sentiment, intent, and urgency are extracted. Matching the email, a reply draft in your writing style is generated, enriched with data from CRM, offers, and calendar. You decide whether to send it.
All mail data and metadata are processed exclusively in the EU (PostgreSQL instances in Germany). For AI analysis, anonymized snippets are sent to the Gemini API; full mail bodies do not leave the EU infrastructure.
Yes. Any connected mailbox can be shared with team members, either with read-only access or with full rights (read, reply, manage). All actions are logged for traceability.
You can cancel monthly at any time. Before the cutoff date, you can request a full export of your data (EML files, CSV for metadata). After that, all content is irrevocably deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Yes. You can use DivineMail with a single account. The multi-account feature is optional and costs nothing extra.
Yes, DivineMail is a full-fledged mail client. Mobile support is also available via the DivineMind portal. Outlook or Apple Mail can continue to be used in parallel — the sync layer is not exclusive.
