Do I pay per user or per company?+

Per user. Each employee using DivineMind.AI counts as one seat at €749/month (or €999 with AIRIS). There are no feature tiers — every seat receives the complete agent stack.

Is there a setup fee?+

Onboarding is included and typically takes 1–2 working days after verified business registration. If you would like us to handle the setup for you, this is available as a paid service upon request.

How does Divine Call billing work?+

Divine-Call voice minutes are sold separately as packages (€149 for 500 min. up to €1,999 for 12,000 min., Enterprise individually). Minutes are shared across the entire team. If a package is used up, overage is billed per minute (€0.39 to €0.99 depending on the package tier).

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Base and +AIRIS at any time. Seat count can be adjusted monthly.

Is there a minimum contract term?+

Cancellable monthly by default. Verified business account required.

Which payment methods are accepted?+

Mollie processes all European payment methods: credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT, and bank transfer.
