Sell ads, don't manage them.
Media data, offers, agencies, print materials, and ad scheduling in one system: Every ad knows its issue, format, and topic, from the offer to the list for typesetting and printing. The system calculates the Austrian advertising tax and agency commission.

Media data in Excel, materials in the inbox, ad scheduling in your head.
From the media data sheet to the ad list for the printer.
For publishers who sell ads in print, online, and inserts, directly and through agencies, in Austria and Germany — and new: reader subscriptions for paid newsletters.
Media data in the system
↳ Formats, prices, discount tiers, and publication dates are in tables and PDFs. Salespeople calculate from memory.
→ Magazine with circulation, publication frequency, format, and trim size; issue plan with ad closing date, print material deadline, and publication date; issue topics per issue. Formats for print, online, and inserts with price, surcharge, and discount for 6 and 12 insertions or months; each format is automatically a product.
Ad offer with configurator
↳ An offer spanning multiple issues takes time because dates, discounts, and topics have to be looked up individually.
→ In the offer, the configurator guides you through magazine, category, issue, format, and topic. Issue, format, and topic remain stored for each position. Volume discounts and online discounts are taken from the format's price list; inserts are calculated per thousand. The customer accepts the offer via link.
Agencies and AE commission
↳ Agency business means: two customers, one commission, and one invoice that must show the end customer.
→ Agencies with their end customers and AE rate (e.g., 15%). The commission is included in the calculation, the end customer is shown on the invoice, and the invoice is sent to the agency.
Advertising tax for Austria
↳ The advertising tax is often calculated manually: on which amount, with or without commission, print or online?
→ 5% advertising tax on print and inserts, calculated from the amount after AE commission; VAT is added to net plus advertising tax. Online items remain tax-free. The ad scheduling shows the advertising tax per ad and per issue.
Print materials via upload link and from the inbox
↳ Print data arrives via email, WeTransfer, or not at all. No one can see at a glance which ad is still missing.
→ One upload link per booking for the customer or agency, without prices and addresses on the page. Files are stored privately within the EU. An email attachment can be assigned to the correct ad with a right-click in DivineMail, and the "Materials received" button notes deliveries made through other channels. Each ad shows its status: missing, received, file available.
Ad scheduling per issue as PDF
↳ Before the print deadline, the ad list for typesetting and printing is compiled from multiple sources.
→ One list per issue: order, customer, agency, format, placement, topic, materials, net amount, and advertising tax, with a total of accepted ads. In PDF format with premium layout for typesetting and printing, in your language.
Mark advertorials, deliver legal copies
↳ Paid articles in editorial style must be marked in the magazine, and legal copies must be delivered to libraries after each publication. Both are easily overlooked in daily operations.
→ An ad can be marked as a paid advertisement (advertorial). The order and ad scheduling then show the notice with the legal reference for the publisher's country, e.g., § 26 Media Act or the State Press Law. DivineMind shows for each issue whether the legal copies have been delivered and reminds you after publication, with the legal reference (§ 43 Media Act, § 14 DNBG). This is a reminder, not legal advice.
New: Reader subscriptions for paid newsletters
↳ A paid newsletter requires a signup page, payment processing, cancellation management, and a delivery system that only reaches paying readers. This usually involves four different tools.
→ Create a subscription product with price, term, and cancellation policy; the order link is generated immediately. Readers order by clicking "Order and pay," confirm via email, and pay online through the publisher's payment account; DivineMind generates the subscription invoice. In the reader account without a password, readers can view their subscription and payment status and cancel in two steps at the end of the billing period. Each issue is sent as a PDF only to active, paid subscribers, and only after your approval.
Around the magazine: Incoming invoices, mail, filing
↳ Printers, paper suppliers, and freelance staff send invoices, agencies send emails, and contracts are stored in folders.
→ Incoming invoices are read and submitted for approval; suppliers and purchasing are in the same system, along with DivineMail, calendar, tasks, and cloud storage. With the AI assistant AIRIS (included in the €999 package), you can ask questions about your figures in the chat; dispatch only occurs after your approval.
One price per user. The publishing module is included.
DivineMind costs €749 per user per month, or €999 with the AIRIS AI assistant, plus VAT for both. Magazines, issues, formats, agencies, print materials, and ad scheduling are included at no extra charge. Calculate with your own figures.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which publishers is DivineMind built for?+
For magazine and trade publishers who sell ads in print, online, and inserts, directly and through agencies, and sell paid newsletters to readers. Functions for book publishers such as ISBN title master, VLB/ONIX, or royalty accounting are not currently available, nor is a distribution file for print subscriptions or circulation reporting.
How do we receive the print materials?+
Via an upload link per booking, which you send to the customer or agency, via a right-click on the email attachment in DivineMail, or via the "Materials received" button. The files are stored privately; they are only visible to logged-in users of your publishing house.
Does DivineMind calculate the advertising tax?+
Yes, for Austria: 5% on print and inserts, calculated from the amount after AE commission, VAT on net plus advertising tax, online tax-free. The ad scheduling shows the advertising tax per issue for informational purposes. You or your tax advisor handle the declaration and remittance.
Does the notice for marking replace a legal review?+
No. DivineMind reminds you to mark paid contributions and to deliver legal copies, and provides the legal reference with its current status. References for Austria and Germany are stored, as well as notes for Great Britain, the USA, and Canada. The publisher decides whether and how to mark content.
What does DivineMind cost for publishers?+
DivineMind costs €749 per user per month, or €999 with the AIRIS AI assistant, plus VAT for both. The publishing module is included at no extra charge.
Where is our data stored?+
