Dashboard & Navigation

• On the left, the module navigation — it only displays the sections enabled for your industry and role.
• In the center, the dashboard with key figures, open tasks, and quick access links.
• The AI assistant AIRIS is accessible at any time via the chat/assistant element.
• Top right: Company switch (for multiple mandates), notifications, and profile.

The visible modules depend on the industry selected during onboarding. Cross-cutting apps (e.g., Invoices, Contacts, Mail) are available everywhere; industry-specific sections (e.g., Construction Sites, Workshop, Energy) are added complementarily.

A cover image at the top, followed by four key metrics and cards — only with actual figures from your company. Sections without data are omitted. Monetary amounts are only visible to users with finance permissions; employees without this permission see tasks and emails instead.

• General: Revenue this month (net, issued invoices) with trend, cash pipeline, “Today” with appointments and due tasks, AIRIS compact with pending approvals and emails, daily briefing, and “Customers without contact for 30+ days”.
• Gastronomy and hotel (also bakery chains): POS revenue today and yesterday, receipts and avg. receipt, reservations, pending HACCP checks, duty roster today, last daily closing, “Branches — last 7 days” and for hotels the “Hotel today” card with occupancy, rooms to clean, arrivals, departures, and open deposits.
• Wholesale: Open orders, to be delivered today (routes and stops), backorders with missing items, below reorder point, margin monitor (when orders are on hold), inventory value, monthly revenue, and outstanding receivables.
• Retail: Revenue today per register with receipts and avg. receipt, “Cash count today” with unresolved differences, below minimum stock, pending stock transfers, labels after price changes, open vouchers, and “Branches today” per branch.
• Delivery with own fleet: Pending stops today, available vehicles, HU or §57a in 30 days, delivery notes without signature; plus “Routes today”, fleet, and proofs of delivery. A click leads to Routes, Fleet or Delivery Note.
