Set Up Email

  • Connect mailbox: Microsoft 365 / Google (OAuth) or classic IMAP/SMTP.
  • Assign emails to contacts — all correspondence is linked to the CRM contact.
  • Sequences for multi-stage outreach: DivineMail › Marketing › Sequences.

Calendar & Booking Pages

Centrally manage appointments and offer self-booking slots via public booking pages — the appointment lands directly in the calendar and, if applicable, on the CRM contact.

  • Create a booking page: Calendar → Booking Pages → "New Booking Page" — five steps: Basics, Availability, Booking & Blocked Days, Rules, Review & Activate.
  • The link Booking Pages is available in the last step and on each card — copy and share; "Preview" shows the page as guests will see it.
  • "Edit" opens the same steps; all are immediately clickable, saved once — via "Save" at the top right or in the last step.
  • Customer Reminder: Enable "Customer Reminder" in the calendar sidebar (Owner or Admin). 24 hours before each appointment, guests – including those who booked via the booking page – and the linked CRM contact will receive a reminder email from a fixed template, without AI. For bookings, it includes "Manage Appointment" for rescheduling or canceling. Colleagues and blocked addresses will not receive one; recurring appointments are excluded.
TIP: Everything on the Contact

When emails, appointments, and notes are linked to the CRM contact, everyone on the team immediately sees the complete history.
