Intermediary Cockpit
The first menu item for insurance brokers, loan intermediaries, financial advisors, and commercial agents: a page with your providers, tariffs, commissions, and contracts that are nearing expiration. Companies in other industries will not see this menu item; you can change the industry in the settings.
Read Key Figures
At the top, you will find "Active Providers", "Provider Products", "Commission (Month)" with a comparison to the previous month, and "Active Contracts". Below that are "Commission Development" (booked per month) and "Provider Status" (active, inactive, blocked).
Process Expiring Contracts
The "Renewals Due" card lists all contracts expiring within the next 60 days, including the provider, customer, and remaining days; entries turn red ten days before expiration. Clicking "Follow-up Offer" prepares a new offer for the same customer and tariff, and the offer template opens. If a follow-up offer already exists for that contract, the system will indicate it instead of creating a second one.
Load Tariffs
Use "Import Price List" or "Photo/PDF Import" to import tariffs. The "AI Import · Confidence" card shows the latest imports with the number of lines and status "Ready" or "Review"; "All Jobs" opens the list.
Create and Open Providers
"Create Provider" leads to New Vendor. In "Top Providers · Commission", a click on a provider opens their detail page.
- "Activity" shows what has happened recently: AI imports, booked commissions, brokered contracts, and new providers.
- "Reload" fetches the latest figures; they are sourced from your providers, contracts, and the commissions calculated under Commissions.
- Additionally, the owner can be reminded daily via email about expiring contracts (notice period within six weeks or missed, contract end in twelve weeks, maximum five per email, not on weekends). This is disabled by default; enable it under Settings → "AI Automation" by switching on "Daily Briefing in the Morning".
No reconciliation of commissions with statements or provider accounts, no payouts, no evaluation per branch office, and no import from BiPRO, GDV, or OMDS. Payment receipt from the provider must be confirmed manually under Commissions.
Create & Maintain Suppliers
Open Supplier
Section Providers — Overview of all suppliers with search and status filter.
Create New Supplier
Under New Vendor, enter name, legal form, industry, website, and contact details.
Edit Details
In the Supplier details, maintain the Master Data, Products, Contracts, and Agent IDs tabs.
Contract from Cloud + Attachments
A provider sends you a contract and its attachments as a PDF (e.g., cancellation policy, consumer information, data privacy notices). This becomes a digital contract that your customers can fill out and sign online — the attachments are automatically included every time.
Place files in the Cloud
Upload the contract and attachments to a folder in DivineCloud (not the top level).
Select "Contract from Cloud"
In the provider under the Products or Contracts tab, click "Contract from Cloud" and select the contract along with its attachments. The contract is identified by its filename (e.g., "Contract", "Application"), and files named "Attachment", "Appendix", or "Enclosure" are considered attachments — you can change the assignment before proceeding.
Check fields in the Template Studio
The AI identifies the fields to be filled in. The magnet button places each field precisely on its writing line. The attachments are listed on the right under "Attachments for the customer" and can be supplemented, sorted, or removed. Click "Create" to save — the tariff will then show "Contract + n attachments".
Send to customer
For the tariff, click "Refer to Customer", select the customer, and click "Fill out contract and send for signature". The contract will be pre-filled with customer data and sent via email — the attachments will be included as an attachment.
Customer confirms and signs
On the signature page, the customer opens the attachments, confirms with a mandatory checkbox that they have received and read them, fills in the remaining fields, and signs. No signature is possible without the checkbox; the time and checksum of each attachment are saved as proof.
Completion
The customer receives the signed copy with all attachments via email, and the contract is stored in the provider's records.
If a saved draft is later sent via the general offer dispatch, the attachments will not be included as an email attachment. The signature page, mandatory checkbox, and completion email with attachments will still apply.
Contract Link with ID Scan
For new customers not yet in the CRM: The customer opens a link or scans a QR code, photographs their ID — the AI pre-fills the contract.
Get link
In the provider's tariff with contract template, click "Contract Link": copy the link, open it, or display it as a QR code. Each employee has their own link per contract; it is valid permanently until you disable it.
Photograph ID
The customer photographs the front and back of their ID on their mobile phone (for a passport, the photo page is sufficient).
Check data
The AI reads name, date of birth, address, and ID data in a few seconds; the customer checks it and adds their email address.
Sign
The pre-filled contract then opens: only the remaining mandatory fields need to be filled in, attachments confirmed, and signed.
- The customer is automatically created in the CRM; the ID images are stored privately in their file.
- Sales representatives get their link in the app: Ask AIRIS "Give me my contract link for …". The contract and commission will then count towards them.
- A link can be disabled and re-enabled at any time; when disabled, it will no longer function.
Commissions & Sales Teams
Set up plan
In the provider settings for the plan, under 'Commission': when it is generated (upon signing or only when payment is received by the provider) and what it is calculated from (e.g., number of shares × price or an amount field in the contract).
Create sales teams
Under → Sales Teams: set the rate for each person as Closer (e.g., 15%) and the Team earnings (e.g., 0.5%) they receive on every deal closed by a team colleague.
Sales Structure from Excel/CSV
Under → Sales Teams → "Import from Excel/CSV": Select the provider and upload the list (one partner per line with commission amount; "Difference <Name>" columns = who earns a commission from this seller; the provider's line is the upper limit). Check the preview, assign short names, confirm deviating upper limits for a line, and accept. Partners without a login will be created as sales partners; re-uploading updates via the partner number. One structure per provider — the same person can be associated with multiple providers. Export as Excel or CSV in the same format.
Confirm payment
If the money goes to the provider, check off the paid contracts under → Open Payments and confirm — only then will commissions be generated.
Review and release
Under → Overview, view weekly or monthly who gets how much, release it, and output it as Excel or PDF. Sales representatives can inquire in the AIRIS app for 'my commission' and 'my contract link'.
Supplier Products & Versions
- Create tariffs/services per Supplier under Provider Products and filter by Supplier or keyword.
- Each plan is versioned: Draft → Released → Active → Replaced, each with validity (from/to) and price.
- In the Plan Details, you can see the version history at a glance.
Import Plans
- Excel Import — the AI suggests column mapping, which you confirm before creation.
- Vision Import — extract tariffs directly from a PDF or image; the matching Supplier is automatically recognized.
- In both cases, review and confirm the result before versions are created.
Contracts & Commissions
- A contract connects the Supplier, tariff version, and (optionally) the customer.
- Commissions can be stored per contract as setup and monthly portions — separately for company and employees.
- Agent IDs: the external Supplier/agent identifier is stored per employee and automatically used for orders.
This area is visible with financial authorization. The “Agent IDs” tab may be linked to a higher tariff module. Supplier Products are a separate area for Supplier tariffs and do not automatically appear in the sales catalog.
Price or condition changes for a plan are managed as a new version — ensuring traceability of which conditions applied when.
