Plan tasks, assign them, and record time.
Working with Tasks
Open Divine Tasks
Section Tasks.
Create a Task
Define title, description, due date, priority, and assignee.
Assign & Track
Assign tasks to individuals; track status via board/list.
Record Time
Document efforts — analysis via Time Reports.
Create a Project & Assign Customers
Create a New Project
In Divine Tasks, select "New Project" and define the name, period, color, and description.
Link Customers
Assign a CRM contact as a customer within the project — the project will then appear directly with the customer, and all documents/records will remain associated.
Open Project
Clicking on the project opens the project file with an overview, schedule/timeline, risks, budget, sub-projects, and files.
Sub-projects & Tasks
- Structure in three levels: Project → Sub-project → Task. This keeps even large assignments clear and manageable.
- In the project file, the "Sub-projects" tab shows each sub-project with its status, priority, progress, and the number of completed tasks.
- Clicking on a sub-project opens its own project file — with the same tabs, including its own tasks and files.
- Each task can have its own attachments/PDFs (e.g., plan, specification) — visible directly in the task dialog under "Attachments".
Connect Files & Cloud Folders
Create Cloud Folder
In the project's "Files" tab, create a DivineCloud folder for the project with one click — it will be permanently linked to the project.
Store PDFs & Documents
Upload files directly; they appear in the project and are simultaneously stored in DivineCloud — with download access for the entire team.
Choose Level
Folders and files can be stored at the project, sub-project, and task levels — each level manages its own documents.
Connect Emails with Projects & Tasks
- In DivineMail, any email can be assigned to a project, sub-project, or task — manually or via suggestions.
- If the email contains an important PDF, the attachment is automatically saved in the project's cloud folder — and remains linked to the project and task.
- This way, a signed contract or plan from the mailbox goes directly into the correct project file — nothing is lost, nothing needs to be filed twice.
Portfolio & Project Management
- Portfolio Cockpit: all projects at a glance — budget health, schedule status, open risks, and progress.
- Resources & Utilization: weekly hours per employee across all projects — overload above 100 % immediately visible.
- Compliance & approvals: Approval gates plus change history (who changed what and when).
- What-if Scenario: impact on budget, schedule, and risk with a click — AIRIS estimates and recommends.
- Methodology Templates: phases, gates, and tasks at the push of a button — via the same Workflow engine as the rest of the company.
More
- Recurring Tasks for regular routines.
- Time Reports as a basis for billing and utilization.
- Link to CRM processes and "My Workspace".
Create regular tasks as recurring — they will automatically appear on the next due date instead of being manually recreated.
