DivineMarketing

From available capacity to paid invoice: AIRIS decides what to advertise, measures results, and retains insights.

The Seven Areas

Control

Goals with budget limits, available capacity, which service earns the most, and your own experience.

Knowledge & Brand

The single source of truth for all channels: services, Q&A, colors, tone of voice. Every channel uses what's defined here.

Site Factory

Create, publish, and optimize landing pages for search engines.

AI Visibility

Are you mentioned when someone asks an AI about your industry? If not, why?

Experiments

Instead of discussing which subject line works better, it's measured — and the answer is retained.

Reviews

After every paid invoice, AIRIS asks for a review — except for customers where it would be a mistake.

Ad Budget

Whether paid advertising is worthwhile for you, how much goes where, who needs to approve it — and what actual order value was returned.

How to Get Started

1

Fill in Knowledge & Brand

Services, service area, FAQs, certificates, colors, and tone of voice. This is the foundation for everything else — without verified data, any AI will only generate filler text.

2

Open Control

AIRIS first tells you if there's any available capacity and which service brings the highest contribution margin. Only then is a campaign worthwhile.

3

Set a Goal

For example: 20 orders by October, maximum 3,000 Euros. AIRIS tracks progress from your actual orders and stops automatically when the goal is reached or the budget is spent.

4

Create Campaign

Only now create the campaign — it contributes to the goal and automatically uses your brand and knowledge.

TIP: Why this order

Advertising an appointment that no one can fulfill creates a disappointed customer instead of an order. That's why the capacity question comes before the campaign, not after.

Control: Goals, Capacity, Margin

  • Available Capacity: AIRIS reads your calendar and tells you if there's any availability in the next two weeks.
  • Margin: Which service generates the most per sale? For this, the purchase price must be stored with the item — if it's missing, the display shows how many items are affected.
  • Goal: Type (Orders, Appointments, Inquiries, Revenue), Target Value, Deadline, and Budget Limit. An empty budget field means 'no limit', a 0 means 'no money'.
  • Empirical Values: How often does an inquiry turn into an order, or a quote into a deal? If a rate is based on too few cases, it will be grayed out instead of being presented as a number.

Social Posts: Plan and Publish on Instagram and Facebook

You can write posts for Instagram (image or Reel) and your Facebook page directly in DivineMarketing, or have AIRIS draft them with text and images. Scheduled posts will appear in the Content Calendar and be published automatically at the scheduled time.

1

Connect Accounts

Under Settings → "Connect Channels", connect Instagram via "Connect to Instagram" or your Facebook page by logging into Facebook. Nothing can be published without a connected account — the message will then be "No connected account".

2

Create Campaign

Posts always belong to a campaign. Under New Campaign, click "New Campaign": choose "Concept with AIRIS", "Quick Suggestion", or "Create Manually" — only the name is mandatory; you select the platforms and timeframe in the same form. Existing campaigns can be found under Campaigns.

3

Create Post

Within the campaign, click "New Post". On the "With AIRIS" tab, enter the platform, language, and topic, then click "Generate" — AIRIS will provide several variations with a hook, text, hashtags, and an image suggestion. On the "Write Manually" tab, you enter the hook, content, hashtags, and optionally "Scheduled for" yourself.

4

Generate Image

Instagram and Facebook require an image. On the "With AIRIS" tab, "Generate Image with AI" creates one that matches the text in the correct format; there is no image on the "Write Manually" tab. A Reel requires a video: create it in DivineStudio and transfer it from there to DivineMarketing.

5

Schedule or Publish Immediately

With a date under "Scheduled for" and clicking "Schedule & Save", the post will wait for its scheduled time and then go live automatically. Clicking "Publish" or "Publish Now" within the open post will make it live immediately; "Save as Draft" will keep it pending.

  • Content Calendar at DivineMarketing › Calendar: all scheduled posts for the next 60 days, filterable by platform and status. Dragging a post to another day will reschedule it — the time will remain the same.
  • Within a campaign, you can see for each post whether it is scheduled or published; "Edit" allows you to change the text, hashtags, or date, and "Copy Text" lets you use it elsewhere.
  • The AI-generated texts are drafts: please review and modify them before the post is published.
IMPORTANT: Connection Not Permanent

Access to Instagram and Facebook may expire or be revoked by the provider. If "Token expired — please reconnect" appears under "Connect Channels", click "Reconnect" — until then, scheduled posts will not be published. DivineMind cannot guarantee reach or engagement.

Approvals: Nothing is published without your OK

Every planned post requires your approval – across all channels. AIRIS will request it: You will receive a notification "AIRIS requests approval for N posts". AIRIS will not publish anything without approval.

1

Open Approvals

On the web at DivineMarketing → "Approvals" (under Content at the top) or via the notification. In the AIRIS app via the push notification or ☰ → "Approvals".

2

Review Post

You will see the channel, date, text, hashtags, and image. You can edit the text on the web via "Edit".

3

Approve or Reject

"Approve": the post will appear at the scheduled time. "Reject": it will return to drafts. "Approve All" approves all open posts at once.

  • If the text is changed after approval, the approval becomes invalid and AIRIS will ask again.
  • Clicking "Publish Now" counts as your approval for this specific post.
  • Owners and company Admins can approve – AIRIS itself cannot approve anything.

AIRIS learns your writing style

AIRIS writes posts so they sound like you – based on your previous posts and every correction you make to a draft.

1

Create Personal Voice

Under DivineMarketing → "Brand Voice" select "Personal Voice". Only you can see and use this voice.

2

Agree and Add Posts

For the voice, click "Learn Writing Style", then "I Agree". Upload your LinkedIn export (LinkedIn → Settings & Privacy → Privacy → "Request a copy of your data" → "Posts") or add posts individually. A star marks particularly good posts.

3

Create Style Profile

From three posts onwards, click "Create Style Profile". You will see tone, perspective, typical phrases, and writing rules, and you can add or remove rules.

4

Generate Post with Your Voice

When generating a post, select your voice under "Voice / Writing Style".

  • If you change a draft (Campaign → Post → Edit), AIRIS will remember the difference; from three corrections onwards, rules will be created from these. Approved posts will become new examples.
  • "Delete All Learned Data" removes posts, corrections, style profile, and agreement for this voice.

Videos & Media with DivineStudio

  • In the "Videos & Media" menu, AI Video, Reels from Images, Media Library, and Audio & Music lead directly to DivineStudio.
  • You can incorporate a finished video from DivineStudio as a marketing post – after that, as always: it will only be published after your approval.

Email Campaigns: Only with Consent, Always with Unsubscribe Link

Send newsletters and email campaigns from DivineMail, using your own inbox. In the DivineMarketing menu, "Newsletters & Email Campaigns" leads directly there.

1

New Campaign

Click "New Campaign". The wizard will guide you through recipients, sender, content, preview, and sending.

2

Recipients

Enter the campaign name; the recipient list is "All Contacts", optionally narrowed down to customers, prospects, private individuals, suppliers, or tags. Only those who have consented (opt-in) will be contacted — the interface shows how many currently have.

3

Sender and Content

Select the sending mailbox, sender name, and reply-to address. Then, enter the subject, preview text, header image, content, and a button with a link; "AI Text" will generate a draft as soon as the subject or preview text is entered.

4

Sending

Choose "Send Now" or "Schedule Later" with date and time; check it beforehand by sending a "Test Send" to yourself. Finalize with "Send Now", "Schedule", or "As Draft" — before sending, DivineMail will ask for confirmation with the recipient count, as sending cannot be undone.

5

Report

In the campaign's three-dot menu, select "View Report": delivered, opens, clicks, and recipients, plus a list per recipient with "Export". You will also find "Start Now", "Pause", "Resume", and "Duplicate" there.

  • Unsubscribe Link: Every campaign email automatically includes a footer with the sender's details, postal address, and an unsubscribe link — you do not need to add anything.
  • Suppression List at DivineMail → Settings → "Suppression List": Unsubscribes, undeliverables, and complaints are automatically added there; you can manually block an address by clicking "Block". No campaigns, sequences, follow-up emails, or review requests will be sent to blocked addresses.
  • Templates with AI: Under Templates, click "With AI", describe the occasion (e.g., Welcome Email or Monthly Newsletter), and click "Generate 3 Templates" — save the suitable one by clicking "Save as Template".
IMPORTANT: Limitations

Contacts without consent will never be contacted, not even upon request. Sending is not possible without a connected mailbox, and a started campaign can only be paused. DivineMind cannot guarantee opens or revenue.

AI Visibility: The Closed Loop

1

Measure

Enter brand, industry, location, and competitors. AIRIS asks an AI the questions your customers would ask and records where you don't appear.

2

Find the Cause

The most important step. Is a page on the topic missing? Does it exist but isn't published? Is structured markup missing? Or is all content there, and it simply lacks visibility?

3

Create and Publish Page

AIRIS uses your verified information to create an order for the Site Factory. The page receives a descriptive address, a sitemap, and the appropriate markup.

4

Re-measure after two weeks

AIRIS asks the same question again and compares. This runs automatically — you don't need to initiate anything.

IMPORTANT: What a single measurement is not

A language model doesn't always respond the same way. The same question might yield a different answer tomorrow, even if nothing on your website has changed. A single re-measurement is an indication, not proof — only multiple measurements over several weeks show a trend.

Experiments: Measure, Don't Guess

1

Write Down Hypothesis

What do you expect? For example: a question in the subject line is opened more often than a statement. Without a stated expectation beforehand, every result feels confirmed afterward.

2

Define Two Variants

Subject line, send time, image style, call to action, text length, or format. The assignment remains fixed — the same recipient always lands in the same half.

3

Evaluate

There are three possible outcomes: a proven winner, no measurable difference, or insufficient data — in which case it states how many recipients are still needed per variant.

4

Capture insight

The result is saved and incorporated into every subsequent draft. Even 'no difference' is a result — it permanently ends the discussion.

TIP: Honesty over success reports

With small recipient numbers, the quantity is often insufficient for a reliable statement. A tool that declares a winner from 12 versus 14 opens would have you building on chance. Therefore, AIRIS explicitly states in this case that it cannot yet answer the question.

Location Pages: One Service, One Location

  • Found under Local Visibility. 'Heater repair Vienna' and 'Heater repair Graz' are two different questions for a search engine — a single page won't answer either correctly.
  • Only combinations with evidence are suggested: sold there, own location, or defined service area. The number of deliberately unsuggested combinations is also shown.
  • Catalog items do not get a location page. A location page answers 'who does this near me' — no one asks this question about a screw.
  • Each combination has a brief. The page is generated in the Site Factory, where cost control, brand tone, and fact-checking apply.
TIP: Who else is in the vicinity?

On the same page, you measure your local surroundings: how many businesses in your category are listed nearby and how complete their entries are. If you are missing something that the majority has — website, phone number, opening hours — it appears as a gap. This is deliberately NOT a ranking for search terms: a true local ranking is only provided by Google itself, and this access is not yet enabled. An estimated ranking would be guesswork, and guessed rankings are why businesses no longer trust SEO tools.

IMPORTANT: Why the list remains short

Twenty services times eight locations would be 160 pages. So many thin location pages are not local marketing, but exactly what search engines devalue as doorway pages. Furthermore, for an area without its own location, the AI is explicitly instructed not to claim a branch, address, or opening hours there.

Collect reviews

  • Found under Local Visibility. AIRIS asks one day after the paid invoice — at that point, the service has been rendered and the memory is fresh.
  • The target is your Google location or a custom link. If neither is stored, the map indicates this instead of sending emails into the void.
  • Not asked are: those who recently complained, those who have already been asked, those who unsubscribed from advertising, those without an email address, and for orders below your threshold.
  • The dry run shows both lists — who would be asked and who deliberately would not, each with a reason. Only then does the Send button appear.
  • On the same page, you'll find what comes in through your channels: how many messages, how many of them are complaints, how many are praise — and whether that's more or less than in the previous period.
  • If complaints on the same topic accumulate, AIRIS creates a task and notifies you. Previously, such issues were only displayed — visible only to those who opened the correct page.
  • The same cluster is not reported anew daily. Only when it grows or a few days have passed will it come through again — otherwise, one gets used to the alarm and eventually stops paying attention.
  • A star rating is deliberately not displayed. Google and Facebook reviews are not yet integrated, and a fabricated number would be worse than none.
IMPORTANT: Why safeguards are more important than sending

A review request to someone who complained last week is not a request, but a provocation — and generates precisely the one-star review you wanted to avoid. If a run doesn't contact anyone, it's usually not an error, but the safeguard at work.

Ad Budget: First, Is It Worth It?

1

Read the Verdict Above

The page starts by asking if automated ads are worthwhile for you. Google needs about 30 conversions per month for bid automation to learn, Meta about 50 events per week. Below that, your budget is effectively distributed randomly.

2

Suggest Budget

Enter desired orders and maximum amount, then AIRIS calculates the distribution — with a justification for each channel. Calculating saves nothing; you can try as many numbers as you like.

3

Adopt as Plan and Start

The plan does not run immediately. The start and any subsequent increases are submitted to you for approval; you can stop and reduce it at any time without approval.

4

Enter Expenses

As long as Google Ads and Meta Ads are not connected, manually enter the amount and clicks per day. The evaluation uses these figures just as it later uses the platform's data.

  • Retargeting is only suggested if enough visitors are recognized. Below approximately 300 per month, the target audience is not delivered at all — then everything goes into search, and the card also explains why.
  • If an order costs more than it covers, AIRIS warns you. No advertising platform can make this calculation because it doesn't know your purchase prices.
  • Without your own click prices, there is no order forecast, but a learning budget. A prediction without experience values would be guesswork.
  • The evaluation places two figures side-by-side: what the platform reports and what your accounting sees. Calculations are based on paid invoices.
IMPORTANT: Revenue is Not Profit

An advertising euro that generates four euros in revenue sounds good — but with a 30 percent margin, only 1.20 euros remain, and the euro is already gone. Therefore, the evaluation shows the contribution margin and not just the revenue ratio. If no purchase prices are stored for your services, the 'Costs Missing' column appears instead of a nice-looking number.
