Interview Tool: Record and Analyze Conversations
New Interview
Under Interview Tool, you will find all saved interviews; "New Interview" opens New Interview. In "Interview Setup," enter the interviewer, one or more interviewees, the topic, and the date, then click "Start Interview."
Record Live
"Start Live Recording" will ask for microphone access once. With "Stop Recording," the recording ends, and the AI processes the audio and generates the transcript.
Transcript, Formatted, Summary
The tabs display the raw transcript, the formatted interview, and – after clicking "Create Summary" – an AI-generated summary. Under "Export," you will find a JSON export with statistics.
Save
"Save Interview" adds it to the list. If you start the interview from an applicant file ("Record Interview"), the name and topic are pre-filled, and the saved interview will subsequently appear in the applicant's file.
