Incoming Invoices Without Re-typing
Invoices arrive via email, post, or as a photo. AI reads the important fields, recognizes known suppliers, and warns about duplicates. For amounts exceeding a defined limit, the invoice requires approval.
Outgoing Invoices, E-invoicing, and Debt Collection
From an accepted quote, an order and invoice are created with a few clicks. The format is important: In Germany, companies must be able to receive e-invoices starting in 2025, with the obligation to issue them following gradually. E-invoicing is also becoming standard in other EU countries.
Open items are monitored. After set deadlines, payment reminders and dunning notices are generated, which can be reviewed before sending.
Assign Payments and Hand Over to Tax Advisor
Bank statements can be imported, and AI assigns payments to open invoices using reference, amount, and name. Uncertain matches land on a review list. An export, for example in DATEV format, is generated for the tax advisor.
