→ The POS system runs in the browser on any tablet or PC. Cashiers log in with a PIN; table layout, take-away, and counter are included. On a second screen, the customer display shows the receipt and a QR code for the online receipt.
Cash register according to RKSV
↳ The cash register obligation in Austria requires signed, chained receipts and special receipts.
→ Each receipt is signed and chained and includes a QR code. Start, monthly, annual, zero, and final receipts, outage and summary receipts, as well as the DEP export are included. With "Check Chain", you can check the receipt chain yourself.
Continue checkout without internet
↳ If the internet connection fails, the POS system stops.
→ The POS system continues to process payments without internet. Receipts are submitted later, without duplicate entries, and with the actual sales time in the signature.
Kitchen, receipt printer, allergens
↳ Orders are sent to the kitchen by voice command, and allergens are requested.
→ Kitchen monitor or receipt printer per station, allergen codes A to R for items, and a pick-up display for take-away orders.
Payment methods and tips
↳ Split bills and tips are reconciled manually at the end of the day.
→ Cash, card via your own terminal, split by item or amount, voucher, and loyalty points. Tips are recorded separately from sales per cashier. Customers can also pay open invoices at the POS system without the sale being counted twice.
End-of-day closing and cash book
↳ The end-of-day closing is forgotten, and the cash book is filled out retrospectively.
→ At the end of the business day at 05:00 local time, the POS system automatically generates the Z-report. The cash book maintains a verification chain, and the cash count is reconciled by denomination. For accounting, there is the DATEV export (SKR07 for Austria, SKR03 and SKR04 for Germany) and the margin per dish.
Branches, returns, deposit
↳ Each branch has its own prices and lists; returns are noted on paper.
→ Prices per branch and a chain cockpit for comparison. Returns and exchanges via QR code on the receipt with a block stock; deposit and returnable items with a deposit receipt. Stamp cards, loyalty points, and value vouchers are valid across branches. In hotels, the POS system books "to the room" with a signature.
