AIRIS via Chat and Voice
↳ For a quick question about revenue or an outstanding invoice, you need to use your computer.
→ You ask AIRIS via chat or voice, and AIRIS responds using your own company data. For questions from the internet, AIRIS will cite the source and retrieval time. Actions requiring input are initiated via the Autonomy Button; AIRIS will ask for clarification if there is ambiguity.
Email with Your Folders
↳ Company mailboxes on your phone only show the inbox, or everything is cut off.
→ Your mailboxes with Inbox, Sent, Archive, and your own folders in a tree structure. Emails fit on the display and can be zoomed with two fingers. You can move emails to one of your folders. If an email contains an appointment, AIRIS will extract it, and with a tap, it will be in your calendar.
Calendar, Tasks, and Daily Brief
↳ Appointments, tasks, and deadlines are scattered across three locations.
→ Company calendar and tasks on your phone, plus the daily brief showing what's scheduled for today. You only see your colleagues' private appointments as 'busy'.
Clocking In/Out and Employee Area

No. AIRIS drafts emails, and you send them. You can configure actions requiring input via the Autonomy Button.
Can AIRIS make phone calls?+
No, AIRIS on the phone is not currently enabled.
What do my employees see?+
The menu for their role: for example, clocking in/out, their own tasks, work schedules, and checklists. They do not see tasks assigned to others or private appointments of colleagues.
