Pricing FAQ.
Do I pay per user or per company?+
Per user. Each employee using DivineMind.AI counts as one seat at €749/month (or €999 with AIRIS). There are no feature tiers — every seat receives the complete agent stack.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Self-setup is included: With help videos, guides, and AIRIS, you can set everything up yourself. Only upon request will we personally set up each person's workflow for you, for €1,000 per user, one-time.
How does Divine Call billing work?+
DivineCall voice minutes are sold separately in packages: from €149 for 300 minutes up to €1,999 for 7,000 minutes, Enterprise from 20,000 minutes upon request. The minutes apply to the entire team. Once a package is used up, each additional minute costs between €0.59 and €0.33, depending on the package. In addition, each package includes a one-time setup fee ranging from €100 to €10,000.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Base and +AIRIS at any time. Seat count can be adjusted monthly.
Is there a minimum contract term?+
Cancellable monthly by default. Verified business account required.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Mollie processes all European payment methods: credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT, and bank transfer.
