Do I pay per user or per company?+
Per user. Each employee using DivineMind.AI counts as one seat at €749/month (or €999 with the AIRIS portal). There are no feature tiers — every seat receives the complete agent stack.
Is there a setup fee?+
Onboarding is included and typically takes 1–2 working days after verified business registration.
How does Divine Call billing work?+
Divine Call voice minutes are sold separately as credit packages (€499 for 150 min. up to €4,999 for 3,000 min.). Minutes are shared across the entire team. Once a package is used up, overage is billed per minute (€0.39 to €0.99 depending on the package tier).
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Base and +AIRIS at any time. Seat count can be adjusted monthly.
Is there a minimum contract term?+
Cancellable monthly by default. Verified business account required.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Mollie processes all European payment methods: credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT, and bank transfer.
