DivineMail is an email inbox for SMBs with integrated AI. Every incoming message is automatically analyzed, categorized, linked to the CRM contact, and paired with a reply draft. It connects Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and any IMAP mailbox in one interface.
For small and medium-sized businesses that want to process incoming customer communication faster. The interface is available in 30 languages, including all official EU languages. Any registered company can use DivineMail, regardless of its headquarters.
Google Mail (Gmail API), Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 (Microsoft Graph), and any IMAP/SMTP mailbox. OAuth 2.0 is used for Gmail and Outlook; IMAP credentials are stored AES-256-encrypted in the database.
DivineMail comes in four plans: Starter (49 euros/month, 1 account), Professional (149 euros/month, 3 accounts), Business (349 euros/month, 10 accounts), and Enterprise (699 euros/month, unlimited accounts). All prices per company, excl. VAT, cancel monthly. AIRIS AI on every mail is included in all plans.
The analysis uses Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash model. For every incoming email, category, sentiment, intent, and urgency are extracted. A reply draft in your writing style is generated, tailored to the email and enriched with data from CRM, offers, and calendar. You decide whether it is sent.
Mailboxes, metadata, and email texts are located in the EU — PostgreSQL in Frankfurt, attachments in file storage in Berlin. For AI functions, email content is sent to the Google Gemini API (paid tier, Google does not train models with it). This data is not anonymized, and the Gemini API is not limited to the EU. Automatically upon retrieval, sender, subject, date, and the short preview are sent. If you call an AI function — summarize, translate, draft, schedule — the email text up to 6,000 characters is included; for invoice recognition, the complete PDF. AI analysis can be disabled per mailbox.
Yes. Any connected mailbox can be shared with team members, either with read-only access or with full rights (read, reply, manage). All actions are logged for traceability.
You can cancel monthly at any time. Before the due date, you can request a complete export of your data (EML files, CSV for metadata). After that, all content will be irrevocably deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Yes. You can use DivineMail with a single account. The multi-account function is optional and costs nothing extra.
Yes, DivineMail is a full-fledged mail client. Mobile support is also available via AIRIS. Outlook or Apple Mail can continue to be used in parallel — the sync layer is not exclusive.

Appointment from Email to Calendar
If an email contains an appointment, such as 'Thursday 10 AM at our office,' AIRIS reads the title, date, time, and location. You review and modify the details, and a tap adds the appointment to your own calendar. No invitation is sent to the sender; tapping twice will not create a duplicate entry.
Your folders in the AIRIS app
With the current app update, the AIRIS app's mail menu displays your own folders alongside Inbox, Sent, and Archive. These folders are shown as a tree structure with subfolders and the number of emails. You can move emails directly into one of your folders; the move operation occurs on the mail server.
Emails readable on your mobile
In the AIRIS app, emails adapt to your display and can be zoomed with two fingers.
Nothing disappears silently
Automatic filing moves an email only with clear confirmation, and every move is logged. If in doubt, the email remains in the inbox.
