Do I pay per user or per company?+
Per user. Every employee who uses DivineMind.AI counts as one seat at €749/month (or €999 with AIRIS Portal). There are no feature tiers — each seat gets the full agent stack.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Onboarding is included and typically takes 1–2 business days after verified business registration.
How does Divine Call billing work?+
Divine Call voice minutes are sold separately as credit packs (€499 for 150 min up to €4,999 for 3,000 min). Minutes are shared across your whole team. When a pack is used up, overage is billed per minute (from €0.39 to €0.69 depending on the pack tier).
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade from Base to +AIRIS or downgrade at the start of any billing period. Seat count can be adjusted monthly.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
Month-to-month by default. Annual contracts are available with a 10% discount.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Credit card (Stripe), bank transfer for annual contracts, and SEPA Direct Debit. Mollie handles additional regional payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, and SOFORT.
