DivineMind.AI develops an AI-native enterprise platform that does not just support business processes, but can execute tasks autonomously or semi-autonomously.
At the centre is AIRIS – the central AI interface to DivineMind.AI. AIRIS connects different business areas with each other and can coordinate and execute tasks across sales, CRM, email, telephony, finance, documents, projects, and other business processes.
For our further expansion, we are looking for experienced self-employed B2B sales partners, consultants, and sales professionals (m/f/d) who want to acquire new corporate customers and build up a long-term, recurring commission portfolio.
You focus on sales and customer relationships. Product knowledge, demo support, onboarding, training, and technical support come from DivineMind.AI.
DivineMind.AI offers AaaS – Agent-as-a-Service. While classic SaaS solutions provide companies with individual functions that employees must operate themselves, the AI agents from DivineMind.AI can execute defined tasks and business processes autonomously. AIRIS serves as the central interface between humans, AI agents, and the integrated business systems.
Areas of application include sales and CRM, lead and customer management, email communication and AI telephony, marketing, finance and document processing, projects and tasks, calendar and appointment management, HR, compliance, as well as other internal business processes.
Our goal is not to sell companies yet another isolated software tool. DivineMind.AI connects AI and enterprise software into a single platform through which operational work can be executed increasingly autonomously.
DivineMind.AI is developed in Vienna and is aimed at companies in the DACH region as well as international markets.
As a sales partner, you will build up a long-term customer base with DivineMind.AI. Your responsibilities include:
You are not just selling software features. You show companies which processes can be automated with AIRIS and DivineMind.AI and which operational tasks can be taken over by AI.
DivineMind.AI is aimed at companies with recurring administrative, communicative, sales, or operational processes. Particularly interesting sectors include, among others:

We are looking for experienced, self-employed sales professionals with a B2B focus. We are particularly interested in:
Ideally, you have experience in several of the following areas:
An existing business network is an advantage, but not a requirement. Crucial is your ability to understand business processes and derive a concrete economic added value for the customer from them.
Recurring commission on the commissionable net revenue of the end customers acquired by you.
The commission is not only paid as a one-off payment upon contract conclusion. It runs on a recurring basis as long as the respective customer contract remains active and eligible for commission in accordance with the sales partner agreement. This allows you to build up a long-term, recurring commission portfolio with every customer acquired.
The more active customers you acquire and develop, the larger your recurring commission portfolio can become. There is no fixed commission cap.

Collaboration is carried out on a self-employed and commission basis based on our sales partner agreement. This is not an employment relationship.
The specific rights and obligations of the collaboration are regulated in the respective sales partner agreement. The sales right is generally non-exclusive, unless otherwise agreed individually.
Remote / international. The activity can generally be carried out from any location. We are looking for sales partners for Austria, Germany, Switzerland, as well as other European and international markets.
