Long Version · approx. 1,000 characters

DivineMind.AI FlexCo, based in Vienna, develops an operating system for small and medium-sized businesses. Accounting, email, customer management, calendar, tasks, inventory, point of sale, time tracking, and industry-specific functions run in one system instead of five separate programs. AIRIS, an AI employee, works within this system, communicating via chat or voice. For each area, the system defines what AIRIS can handle autonomously and what requires human approval; emails to customers and payments are approved by a person. If a business lacks a process, it tells AIRIS: an AI programs and tests the extension, and a human approves it. Data is stored in the EU, and the interface is available in 30 languages.

Short profile

In 2023, Benjamin Dosenciuc had the idea for DivineMind.AI and began programming the software himself. Today, as CEO of DivineMind.AI FlexCo in Vienna, he leads product and strategy. Previously, he automated invoices for his company Abo-drive, ran a Viennese wine tavern, and worked in B2B field sales.

---

The software he would have needed himself.

around 2020 – Invoices via code instead of by hand: For his company Abo-drive at the time, invoicing cost at least eight hours every month. Dosenciuc programmed the processes for quotes and invoices himself in PHP; they ran in daily operations.
Heuriger in Vienna – One cash register, little else: As the operator of a Viennese Heuriger (wine tavern), he had a POS system but no inventory management and no integrated solution for purchasing, staff scheduling, finances, invoices, and record-keeping obligations. Much was done manually.
B2B Field Service – The same problems elsewhere: In field service, he encountered businesses without customer management, using multiple separate programs, and with paper contracts. Entrepreneurs repeatedly described similar difficulties to him.
August 2023 – The Idea: Dosenciuc combined his experiences: a platform that connects a business's departments and takes over recurring tasks. He initially documented requirements and processes on paper.
November 2023 – He programs himself: He began programming in November, and the name DivineMind.AI emerged in December. Customer management, calendar, tasks, documents, invoices, finances, and industry-specific workflows were added step by step, many based on conversations with entrepreneurs.
2024 – The project becomes a company: DivineMind.AI FlexCo is established in Vienna. The software continues to grow, feature by feature.
January 2025 – Why am I still managing this myself?: The tools were available, but the work remained: opening customer files, searching for information, creating tasks, preparing invoices and emails. The AI was intended to recognize which tools an order required and use them. The assistant was named AIRIS.
October 2026 – Software expands via message: AIRIS accepts requests for extensions. An AI programs them, tests them in a demo account, and creates an explanation video. The extension goes live only after a human at DivineMind has approved it.

"At some point, I had all the tools I needed for my business. But I still had to operate them myself. So I wanted an AI that I could simply tell: Please do this for me."
Benjamin Dosenciuc, CEO
